Requires all occupational licensure boards in Mississippi to be located in state-owned buildings by 2027 or as soon as practicably possible.

Existing boards in non-state-owned buildings must not extend or renew lease agreements and must use due diligence to relocate, but are not required to break current legal lease obligations.

Boards created after July 1, 2025 must only lease office space within state-owned buildings.

Requires occupational licensure boards to collaborate on location and staff-sharing strategies, with boards in the same location implementing administrative and support staff sharing whenever possible.

Effective July 1, 2025.
