Transfers the Mississippi Wireless Communication Commission from the Department of Information Technology Services to the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) effective July 1, 2025

Requires the MEMA Executive Director to call an organizational meeting of the commission within 45 days of July 1, 2025, to elect a chairman and other officers

Gives MEMA joint authority with the commission to manage the statewide wireless communications system, including purchasing equipment, establishing policies, and administering the Integrated Public Safety Communications Fund

Adds oversight of the Wireless Communication Commission as an official duty of the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency under state law

The 16-member commission includes representatives from state agencies (Transportation, Public Safety, Public Health, Corrections, National Guard), law enforcement associations, and local government organizations, all serving four-year terms
