Establishes the "Mississippi Health and Welfare Efficiency Task Force" to examine state agencies and streamline government services while eliminating duplicative requirements and procedures.

Task force membership includes directors of Medicaid, Department of Human Services, Department of Child Protective Services, Department of Health, Department of Mental Health, Attorney General, Governor, three senators, and three representatives.

Task force must meet within 45 days and evaluate current data, resources, laws, and policies to provide recommendations on streamlining services and eliminating duplicative procedures by October 1, 2025.

State departments and agencies must provide requested facilities, assistance, information, and data to support the task force's work.

State Health Officer shall chair the task force; majority approval required for final report and recommendations; Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review shall provide clerical support.
