Replaces the term "telework" with "remote work" throughout Mississippi Code Section 25-1-98 and requires agencies under the State Personnel Board's purview to report employee names, job titles, and remote work schedules to the Board.

Requires remote work employees to be present in the office at least three (3) days per week, unless approved by the Governing Authority and Personnel Board, with exemptions for employees covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable federal or state law.

Changes State Personnel Board authority from "may" to "shall" regarding guidance on remote work arrangements and requires the Board to promulgate binding rules for administering remote work policies.

Authorizes the State Personnel Board to prohibit personnel actions in its system of record for non-compliant agencies, except in emergency circumstances.

Extends the repeal date of remote work provisions from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2028, and requires annual reports to legislative committees by December 31 on remote work policy utilization.
