State Highway Commission is authorized to transfer real property to the City of Gulfport located at the intersections of 13th Street and 28th Avenue (Northwest Quadrant, Lots 15-19 in Block 176) and 15th Street and 28th Avenue (Southwest Quadrant, Lots 1-6 in Block 176)

City of Gulfport agrees that existing utilities on the property shall remain at the discretion of utility owners and cannot be relocated except by agreement with the utility owner

Conveyance prohibits junkyards, billboards, outdoor advertising structures, and signs on the property, except for signs advertising the sale, hire, lease, or principal activities conducted on the land

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights to the transferred real property

Mississippi Department of Transportation has right of first refusal if the City of Gulfport offers either parcel for sale
