Authorizes the Department of Public Safety to purchase real property and improvements located at 152 Watford Parkway, Canton, Mississippi from the Madison County Economic Development Authority

Limits purchase price to fair market value as determined by the average of two appraisals by certified and licensed Mississippi appraisers, with at least one selected by the Department of Public Safety

Authorizes the Department of Public Safety to negotiate all closing costs associated with acquiring the property

Permits the Department of Public Safety to correct any discrepancies in the legal property descriptions

Requires the acquired property to be used exclusively for state office space and parking purposes
