Amends Mississippi Code Section 97-3-104 to expand the definition of unlawful sexual conduct by replacing "offender" with "person" to include individuals detained, arrested, or otherwise in custody.

Makes it unlawful for jailers, guards, Department of Corrections employees, sheriffs, constables, marshals, law enforcement officers, or correctional facility employees to engage in sexual penetration or sexual acts with persons who are incarcerated, on correctional supervision, or in custody.

Extends the same prohibition to civilians with supervisory or custodial authority over such persons engaging in sexual penetration or sexual acts.

Establishes felony penalties of a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment not exceeding 5 years, or both for violations of this section.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
