Amends Mississippi Code to provide immunity from alcohol-related offenses for persons who report sexual abuse or request assistance from law enforcement or medical providers for sexual offenses.

Expands existing Good Samaritan protections in Section 97-31-55 to include individuals seeking help for sexual offenses, in addition to existing protections for those requesting emergency medical assistance for alcohol-related emergencies.

Amends Section 41-29-149.1 to rename it the "Mississippi Medical Emergency Good Samaritan and Aid to Sexual Offense Victim Reporting Act" and extends drug violation immunity protections to persons who in good faith seek medical assistance for or report sexual offenses.

Protects individuals reporting sexual offenses from arrest, charges, or prosecution for specified drug violations if they were under the influence of or possessed controlled substances at the time of the sexual offense or when reporting it.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
