Amends Mississippi Code Section 41-29-113 to add hemp-derived products designed for human ingestion or consumption to Schedule I of controlled substances, unless approved by the FDA.

Creates a new category (23)(C) in Schedule I hallucinogenic substances that specifically includes "any product derived from the hemp plant designed for human ingestion and/or consumption that is not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration."

Clarifies existing marijuana exemptions to exclude unapproved hemp-derived consumable products while maintaining exemptions for FDA-approved hemp products and hemp regulated under Mississippi Code Sections 69-25-201 through 69-25-221.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
