Makes it unlawful for a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo in Mississippi.

Establishes criminal penalties of $1,000 for a first offense, $5,000 for a second offense, and $10,000 for a third or subsequent offense.

Exempts discharge of genetic material that is donated or sold to a facility for future embryo fertilization procedures.

Exempts discharge of genetic material when a contraceptive or contraceptive method is used to prevent embryo fertilization.

Effective July 1, 2025.
