Allows victims of human trafficking (as defined in Section 97-3-54.4(g)) to petition for expungement of any and all prostitution convictions under Section 97-29-49, at the court's discretion.

Adds "promoting prostitution" under Section 97-29-51(2)(a) or (c) to the list of felony crimes that are ineligible for expungement for non-trafficked persons.

Maintains existing eligibility requirements for trafficked persons to expunge prostitution-related convictions without the standard five-year waiting period and rehabilitation hearing requirements.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025.
