Consolidates Mississippi's expungement statutes into a unified law effective July 1, 2025, replacing multiple separate expungement provisions across the code.

Allows first-offense misdemeanor convictions to be expunged; permits expungement of multiple misdemeanors after 2 years of good conduct upon court discretion.

Permits felony expungement 5 years after sentence completion for eligible offenses, but excludes crimes of violence, arson, drug trafficking, multiple DUI convictions, firearm possession by felons, sex offender registration failures, voyeurism, witness intimidation, abuse of vulnerable persons, and embezzlement.

Allows first-offense DUI expungement at least 5 years after sentence completion if blood alcohol was below .16%, no breath test refusal, and other conditions are met; limits to one expungement per person.

Sets $150 filing fee for felony expungement petitions in circuit/county court ($140 to state, $10 to clerk); imposes $50 fee for municipal court expungements; requires Interstate Identification Index background checks and maintains confidential records at Mississippi Criminal Information Center accessible only to prosecutors and law enforcement.
