Reduces the waiting period for felony expunction eligibility from five (5) years to two (2) years after successful completion of all sentence terms and conditions.

Maintains existing restrictions on expunction for ten (10) categories of felonies including crimes of violence, trafficking in controlled substances, DUI offenses, sex offender registration violations, and embezzlement.

Allows a person to petition for expunction of only one (1) felony conviction, with multiple convictions arising from the same facts treated as a single expunction.

Requires petitioner to provide ten (10) days' written notice to the district attorney and allows courts to grant expunction if the applicant is determined to be rehabilitated.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
