Removes marijuana from Schedule I controlled substances list, effectively legalizing possession and use in Mississippi.

Extends the repeal date of "Harper Grace's Law" (CBD research provision) from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2027 to allow continued medical cannabidiol research.

Effective July 1, 2025, with conforming amendments to related statutes including military code, good Samaritan provisions, and sentencing guidelines.
