Adds chemically synthesized kratom compounds to Schedule III of Mississippi's Uniform Controlled Substances Act if they contain more than 1% of specific alkaloid compounds (mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine).

Applies specifically to kratom products where the combined alkaloid composition exceeds 1% of the total product.

Effective July 1, 2025, and subject to automatic repeal on June 30, 2025 unless reauthorized by the legislature.

Classifies regulated kratom compounds alongside other Schedule III controlled substances including certain depressants, stimulants, anabolic steroids, and narcotic drugs.
