Amends Section 47-7-2 of the Mississippi Code to redefine "technical violation" related to parole supervision to exclude pleas or sentences in intervention courts.

Specifies that intervention courts covered under this exclusion include those provided under Chapter 23, 25, or 27 of Title 9, Mississippi Code of 1972.

Clarifies that a technical violation remains an act or omission violating probation conditions, but participation in eligible intervention courts will not be considered a technical violation.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
