Amends Mississippi gambling statutes to clarify that fantasy contest operators can set statistical benchmarks for contestants to compete against without violating gambling laws.

Adds language to the definition of "fantasy contest" to explicitly permit winning outcomes determined by multiple athletes' performance against operator-set statistical benchmarks.

Allows operators to prevent operator participation in contests while still permitting contests determined by athlete performance against statistical benchmarks.

Applies to fantasy contest operators with 100 or more members in their total player roster and requires compliance with existing procedures regarding employee participation restrictions, age verification, entry limits, and player fund segregation.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
