Allows licensed home inspectors to perform inspections on new construction residential structures and condominium units up to 14 days before closing, or longer if seller and purchaser agree in writing.

Prohibits sellers or their agents from conditioning acceptance of a purchase offer on the buyer's agreement to waive, limit, or restrict their right to have the property inspected.

Requires all purchase agreements for new construction residential property or condominium units to include disclosure that buyers are entitled to inspection up to 14 days prior to closing at the purchaser's expense.

Allows purchasers to terminate the purchase agreement by written notice to the seller by 5:00 p.m. on the 14th day before closing if inspection results are unsatisfactory, with all deposited monies returned.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
