Allows current residential occupants to request removal of their address from public records when listed as a registered agent address for a business entity, by submitting a signed, sworn form to the Secretary of State.

Requires the Secretary of State to attempt contacting the entity and registered agent to request an address change upon receiving a removal request, and to remove the residence address from public record.

Increases the timeframe for the Secretary of State to return rejected corporate filings from 10 days to 30 days after document receipt for both corporations and limited liability companies.

Specifies that removal request forms are confidential and exempt from the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
