Requires the Mississippi Real Estate Commission to provide prior written notification to licensees at least five (5) business days before amending, suspending, revoking, or declining to renew their license, with notice sent to the email address on file.

Changes the standard of proof in administrative hearings from preponderance of the evidence to clear and convincing evidence for both commission and administrative hearing officer proceedings.

Requires complaints to be resolved by dismissal or issuance of a formal complaint within 120 days of written notice to the licensee and responsible broker of investigation commencement.

Requires final resolution of complaints by dismissal, final ruling, or agreed order within one year of written notice, with allowance for administrative hearings to extend up to 60 days beyond the one-year deadline if hearing officers are unavailable.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
