Establishes the "Entertainment Industry and Workforce Development Task Force" to examine methods for growing Mississippi's creative economy and increasing entertainment industry revenue.

Task force membership includes the Director of Visit Mississippi, a Mississippi Tourism Association representative, chairs of Senate and House Tourism Committees, two senators appointed by the Lieutenant Governor, and two representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House.

Task force must meet within 45 days of the act's effective date to evaluate current state data, resources, laws, and policies impacting the entertainment industry and workforce.

Task force shall develop and submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature by December 1, 2025, with approval of recommendations requiring majority membership vote.

Members of the Legislature serving on the task force shall be reimbursed for attendance in the same manner as out-of-session committee meetings, with the Legislature providing clerical support.
