• Authorizes gaming to be conducted on vessels on the Pearl River or adjoining bodies of water within municipalities with a population of 145,000 or more according to the most recent federal decennial census.

• Amends multiple sections of Mississippi Code (67-1-71, 87-1-5, 97-33-1, 97-33-7, 97-33-17, 97-33-25, and 97-33-27) to add Pearl River gaming as an exception to gambling prohibition laws.

• Applies the same licensing and regulatory framework already established for Mississippi River gaming vessels to new Pearl River gaming operations.

• Effective date: July 1, 2025.
