Brings forward Mississippi Code sections governing youth court organization, administration, jurisdiction, intake procedures, and appeals for purposes of possible amendment.

Establishes the Mississippi Commission on a Uniform Youth Court System and Procedures with 21 members to study the existing youth court system and submit recommendations to the Legislature by October 1, 2024.

Brings forward sections governing chancery court judges, districts and terms of court for Districts One through Twenty, family masters, and county court judges in various counties for purposes of possible amendment.

Authorizes the commission to evaluate juvenile services, consider a statewide uniform youth court system, and recommend modernization proposals including multi-county service areas and diagnostic centers.

Takes effect July 1, 2025 and stands repealed June 30, 2025, indicating this is a temporary bill to bring existing statutes forward for review and potential amendments.
