Increases daily compensation for grand and petit jurors in chancery, county, circuit, and special eminent domain courts from $25-$40 to $60-$100 per day, with amounts set by board of supervisors.

Increases daily compensation for jurors conducting intellectual disability inquisitions and coroner's inquest jurors from $5 to $20 per day.

Increases daily compensation for justice court jurors from $10-$15 to $30-$40 per day, with amounts established by board of supervisors.

Establishes a Lengthy Trial Fund administered by the Administrative Office of Courts to provide wage replacement or supplementation up to $300 per day for jurors serving more than 10 days in civil cases.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
