Requires intake unit reports that establish youth court jurisdiction to include the name of the person making the report.

Makes reporter names non-confidential, allowing disclosure unlike previous law that protected reporter identity.

Amends Section 43-21-261 to remove language protecting reporter identity from disclosure to parents, guardians, and their attorneys.

Maintains confidentiality of abuse and neglect reports themselves, but specifically removes confidentiality protection for the identity of who made the report.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with conforming amendments to Mississippi Code Sections 43-21-353 and 43-21-261.
