Prohibits state agencies and political subdivisions from entering into contracts with companies that discriminate against firearm entities, knife entities, or their trade associations, requiring written verification for contracts valued at $40,000 or more paid from public funds.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 45-9-51 to prohibit counties and municipalities from adopting ordinances or entering contracts that restrict possession, carrying, transportation, sale, transfer, or ownership of firearms, ammunition, or knives.

Prevents state agencies from adopting rules, policies, or notices restricting firearms or knives, and prohibits participation in firearm or knife buyback programs where individuals receive compensation for surrendering weapons.

Creates a civil cause of action allowing citizens to sue state agencies, counties, or municipalities for declaratory and injunctive relief for violations, with potential liability of up to $1,000 plus attorney's fees for violating officials.

Exempts state law enforcement agencies from these restrictions when regulating weapons issued or used by law enforcement officers in the course of their official duties; effective July 1, 2025.
