Provides immunity from civil liability for pesticide manufacturers and sellers when the pesticide was registered with both Mississippi's commissioner and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)

Shields defendants from product liability actions alleging failure to warn if the pesticide bore an EPA-approved label at the time of sale

Applies immunity to all civil actions related to pesticide labeling, including failure-to-warn claims

Takes effect July 1, 2025
