Establishes the "Statewide Intervention Courts Task Force" to develop recommendations for implementing a statewide intervention court system in Mississippi.

Task Force membership includes legislative judiciary committee chairs, state court representatives, circuit court judges, attorneys with intervention court expertise, prosecutors, public defenders, a formerly incarcerated person, and law professors from both Mississippi law schools.

Task Force must evaluate the need for statewide intervention courts, review models used by other states, assess current Mississippi intervention courts, establish standards and procedures, and recommend appropriate funding mechanisms.

Task Force must submit findings and recommendations for proposed legislation to the Legislature and rule changes to the Mississippi Supreme Court by December 1, 2025.

Task Force is dissolved upon presentation of its report; effective date is July 1, 2025.
