Requires businesses offering automatic renewal subscriptions lasting longer than one month to provide consumers with a written acknowledgement disclosing renewal terms, cancellation policy, and cancellation instructions before charging.

Mandates businesses send renewal notice to consumers 7-21 days before the automatic renewal date through the consumer's preferred method, including the renewal date and cancellation instructions.

Prohibits charging consumers for automatic renewals without first complying with acknowledgement and notice requirements; violating businesses must refund the full amount charged.

Allows consumers to receive a pro rata or full refund if they cancel within 10 days after an automatic renewal occurs for subscriptions longer than one month.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
