Adds the Executive Director of the Mississippi Alliance of Independent Colleges and Universities as a member of the Mississippi Commission on College Accreditation (MCCA).

Expands additional commission membership from three (3) to four (4) members selected by MCCA Commissioners, representing public community colleges, public universities, private colleges, and proprietary schools respectively.

Maintains the three (3) year terms for all additional members and preserves existing commission powers to maintain an approved list of postsecondary institutions, adopt accreditation standards, and enforce regulatory requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
