Requires all public school classrooms in Mississippi, kindergarten through 12th grade, to prominently display the Ten Commandments effective January 1, 2026

Specifies displays must be at least 11 inches by 14 inches in size with large, legible font and accompanied by a four-paragraph historical context statement provided by the Mississippi Department of Education

Prohibits use of public funds for displays; allows schools to accept donations of posters, frames, or monetary gifts subject to state regulations

Permits schools to display additional historically significant documents alongside the Ten Commandments, including the Mayflower Compact, Declaration of Independence, and Northwest Ordinance of 1787

Includes severability clause stating remaining provisions remain effective if any portion is found unconstitutional
