Distributes funds from the 2024 Local Improvements Projects Fund to cities, counties, and organizations across Mississippi for infrastructure, public facilities, and community development projects.

Funding allocations range from $20,000 to $8,200,000, with major projects including road improvements, water/sewer infrastructure upgrades, fire department equipment, courthouse renovations, and economic development initiatives.

Makes corrections to two projects: changes references from "East Central Community College" to "the Mississippi University of Women" for Neshoba County General Hospital allied health and nursing school facilities (items n and bg).

Changes project designation (item hi) from "Hancock County Sheriff's Department" to "City of Diamondhead Police Department" for vehicle purchase.
