Authorizes native wineries in Mississippi to make sales at one satellite location within the same county as their original location, in addition to their primary location.

Allows native wineries to sell to the Department of Revenue or directly to consumers at the satellite location.

Permits native wineries and distillery retailers to hold wines or spirits for onsite pickup instead of shipping to the department warehouse, subject to departmental rules.

Does not restrict native wineries from making sales to authorized out-of-state producers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, or consumers.
