Increases the circuit clerk's daily attendance fee from $75.00 to $85.00 per day for the clerk and necessary deputies attending circuit court term, to be paid by the county.

Changes pronoun references throughout Section 25-7-13 from "his" to "his or her" to reflect gender-neutral language for circuit clerk positions.

Makes no other changes to existing circuit clerk fees, which remain at $85.00 for docketing and filing complaints, $35.00 for renewal judgments and executions, and various other fees for specific services.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
