Amends Section 63-17-76 of Mississippi Code to require at least 6 hours of continuing education conducted by the Mississippi Independent Auto Dealers Association within 12 months prior to license renewal for used motor vehicle dealers.

Mandates that at least 1 hour of continuing education must address titling and tags, and at least 3 hours must be onsite training.

Changes regulatory authority from State Tax Commission to Department of Revenue for approving education seminars and reviewing dealer license applications.

Maintains exemptions from education requirements for salvage vehicle dealers, manufactured home dealers, and franchised new car dealers.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025.
