Amends Section 67-1-83 of the Mississippi Code to allow counties, municipalities, tribes, and other political subdivisions designated as "wet" to authorize Sunday sales of alcoholic beverages by package retailers through local ordinance.

Removes the existing statewide prohibition on package retailers selling alcoholic beverages on Sunday, while maintaining the ban on Christmas Day and the 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. sales window.

Permits individual package retailers to opt out of Sunday sales and maintain operations limited to Monday through Saturday.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
