Alters school district boundary lines for two school districts affected by the John C. Stennis Space Center buffer zone, effective with the 2025-2026 school year, returning the buffer zone area to the county school district where the space center is located.

Modifies sections 37-7-103 and 37-7-113 to exempt the boundary alteration from standard school board reorganization procedures and State Board of Education approval requirements.

Establishes a judicial review process in section 37-7-115 allowing affected school boards or superintendents to petition circuit court for de novo review of the boundary alteration, with appeals available to the Mississippi Supreme Court.

Brings forward multiple sections of Mississippi Code (37-7-201, 37-7-203, 37-7-204, 37-7-207, 37-7-208, 37-7-209, 37-7-211, 37-7-215, 37-7-217, 37-7-219) relating to school board member selection, election, and qualification for possible amendment.

Takes effect upon passage.
