Extends the Mississippi K-12 and Postsecondary Mental Health Task Force operation for one additional year, requiring a final report to the Legislature by October 1, 2025.

Task force shall dissolve upon presentation of its October 1, 2025 report after completing its evaluation of student mental health data, resources, training, and policies across K-12, community college, and university systems.

Maintains the task force composition of legislative committee chairs, state agency directors, mental health professionals, school personnel, and youth/family representatives appointed by the Governor and Lieutenant Governor.

Task force responsibilities include analyzing student mental health data, evaluating available resources and mental health training for educators, reviewing workforce needs for mental health professionals in schools, and examining successful programs in Mississippi and nationally.

Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review shall provide clerical support for task force meetings and report preparation.
