Limits corporate political contributions to $1,000 per calendar year to candidates, political parties, and committees, applicable to all corporations, incorporated companies, and incorporated associations regardless of jurisdiction of incorporation.

Requires candidates, candidate committees, and political parties to return contributions exceeding $1,000 per calendar year; if return is not possible, the excess amount must be deposited into the Election Support Fund through the Secretary of State's Office.

Prohibits candidates, candidate committees, and political parties from expending any corporate contributions that exceed the $1,000 annual limit.

Repeals existing sections 97-13-15 and 97-13-17 of the Mississippi Code (prior prohibitions on corporate contributions and penalties for illegal corporate contributions) and conforms section 79-29-105 to reference the new contribution limits.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
