• Amends Section 37-28-33 of the Mississippi Code to add mandatory charter revocation or non-renewal grounds for charter schools rated "D" or "F" under the school accreditation rating system for longer than two consecutive years.

• Prohibits authorizers from renewing the charter of any school designated an "F" school during its final operating year under the charter term.

• Prohibits authorizers from renewing the charter of any school designated "D" or "F" rated for longer than two consecutive years.

• Maintains existing charter revocation and non-renewal processes including notification requirements, opportunities for response, due process hearings, legal representation, and written determinations.

• Effective date is July 1, 2025.
