Brings forward 16 sections of Mississippi Code of 1972 relating to election procedures and candidate fees for possible amendment, effective July 1, 2025.

Sets the first primary election on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in August, with a second primary four weeks later if no candidate receives a majority vote.

Specifies candidate entry fees ranging from $100 to $5,000 depending on office sought, with state executive committees authorized to set fees within established ranges for statewide and federal offices.

Requires special elections to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November for county, district, and district attorney positions, with runoff elections held four weeks later if no candidate receives a majority.
