Amends Mississippi Code Section 23-15-895 to clarify that no person may post or distribute campaign materials within 150 feet of any entrance to a building where an election is being held.

Creates an exception allowing campaign materials to be displayed or distributed on private property if the person displaying or distributing them has a lease or ownership interest in that property.

Maintains existing prohibition on candidates or their representatives appearing at polling places while armed, uniformed, or displaying badges except those issued by the polling place manager.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
