Amends Section 23-15-125 of Mississippi Code to allow electronic pollbooks to include a list of inactive registered voters who previously held active status and moved to inactive status under Sections 23-15-152 and 23-15-153.

Electronic pollbooks shall not include individuals who have been purged from voter rolls due to death, conviction of a disenfranchising crime, removal from jurisdiction, or other legal disqualification.

Voters deemed to be in inactive status may only vote by affidavit ballot, which shall be accepted and counted under the procedures in Section 23-15-573.

Voting precincts using electronic pollbooks must maintain all required pollbook information including the inactive voter list and ensure affidavit ballots are available at the precinct.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
