Requires the Secretary of State to maintain a central internet website making all publicly available campaign finance reports accessible and searchable by candidate, office sought, contribution amount, expenditure amount, and other identifiable variables.

Allows candidates, candidate committees, and political committees to file campaign finance reports through the Secretary of State's online filing system in addition to existing filing methods (facsimile, email, postal mail, or hand delivery).

Applies to candidates and committees for state, state district, legislative district, county, county district, and municipal offices, as well as political committees making reportable contributions or expenditures related to candidates or ballot measures.

Requires circuit clerks and municipal clerks to forward copies of filed reports to the Secretary of State for posting on the online filing system.

Takes effect January 1, 2026.
