Amends Section 43-26-11 of Mississippi Code to require county boards of supervisors to provide "adequate and habitable" office space for local Department of Child Protection Services offices located in their counties.

Allows the Department of Child Protection Services to enter into lease agreements with county boards of supervisors to maximize availability of federal funds, with the department paying the federal share of rent based on fair market value.

Counties are responsible for all maintenance and repairs of local office facilities due to federal fund prohibitions on improvements to real property.

Operating expenses including electricity, water, gas, internet, and janitorial services shall be split between the department (federal share) and the county (state share).

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
