Extends the repeal date of the Mississippi Professional Massage Therapy Act (sections 73-67-1 through 73-67-37) from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2029.

Brings forward all provisions of the massage therapy licensing law for possible amendment, including requirements for massage therapist licensure, continuing education, board operations, and disciplinary procedures.

Maintains existing regulations for the State Board of Massage Therapy's composition, powers, and duties related to licensing, inspections, and enforcement.

Preserves current educational standards requiring 550 hours of massage instruction and 50 hours of student clinic for licensure applicants.

Effective June 30, 2025.
