Extends the Mississippi Dementia Care Program operating period from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2029 (four additional years beyond the original three-year pilot).

Program provides respite care services to informal caregivers of persons with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia, with a cap of 60 enrollees.

Requires family units to meet financial need criteria (unable to pay for respite care without jeopardizing basic needs) and the person with dementia must be age 60 or older and homebound.

Mandates annual reporting to the Legislature on program spending, administrative costs, number of individuals served, income ranges of participants, and program efficacy.

Clarifies that the program does not create an entitlement to services and is subject to appropriation of federal funds.
