Repeals the sunset provision on the Patient's Right to Informed Health Care Choices Act (Sections 41-121-1 through 41-121-9), making it permanent and requiring health care practitioners to clearly identify their licensure type in advertisements and office displays to prevent deceptive marketing.

Removes sunset dates from disciplinary provisions in medical licensing laws (for chiropractors, dentists, nurses, optometrists, pharmacists, physician assistants, podiatrists, and veterinarians) that allow boards to take action against licensees who violate the informed health care choices advertising standards.

Creates the Mississippi Genetic Counselor Practice Act establishing licensure and regulation of genetic counselors by the State Board of Health, requiring certification by ABGC or ABMG, and setting continuing education requirements of 12.5 CEUs every five years.

Establishes the Mississippi Council of Advisors in Genetic Counseling (3-5 members, mostly licensed genetic counselors) to advise the board on genetic counseling regulation, with initial appointments by September 1, 2025.

Creates a task force using the Mississippi Rare Disease Advisory Council to study alternative funding programs' effects on patient access to affordable prescription drugs, requiring a report by December 1, 2025.
