Establishes the Social Work Licensure Compact allowing regulated social workers to practice across multiple member states under a multistate license issued by their home state.

Creates the Social Work Licensure Compact Commission as a joint government agency to oversee implementation, maintain a data system tracking licensees, and promulgate rules governing multistate practice.

Requires applicants for multistate licenses to hold an active, unencumbered license in their home state, pass qualifying national exams (or meet alternative competency requirements), and submit to criminal background checks.

Authorizes remote states to take adverse action against a licensee's multistate authorization to practice within that state only, while only the home state can take action against the multistate license itself.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 73-53-3 to define "licensed social worker" to include persons holding a compact privilege, and Section 73-53-7 to authorize practice by those with compact privileges; effective July 1, 2025.
