Establishes the "Mississippi Public Health Trust Fund" as a special fund in the State Treasury to provide financial support for public health programs and services.

Fund shall consist of legislative appropriations, donations, gifts, grants from any source, and other monies as provided by law, with investment interest returned to the fund.

Disbursements authorized by the Mississippi State Department of Health with oversight from the Mississippi State Board of Health at rates between 3% and 7% of total fund assets annually.

Monies may only be used for public health programs and services as defined in Section 41-3-15 of Mississippi law.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
